Holiday events
Ceremonies and awards. On the Day of the Security Service of Ukraine, official events are held to celebrate the achievements of SBU employees. The presentation of awards and diplomas is an important part of the holiday.
Public events. Some cities host exhibitions and lectures dedicated to the history and activities of the SBU. Open events for citizens can also be held, including meetings with veterans of the service and public lectures.
Memorial events. The SBU also celebrates the feat of its employees who died in the line of duty, memorial events are held, flowers are laid at monuments and memorial plaques.
